Simply gather in small groups at your local board/association office or with neighbouring boards, and participate in the course via the internet using your speaker phone, computer and internet connection.

Leadership 200 - Becoming a Leader
2 CE Credits
* Prerequisite: Leadership 100 (Free online for all members)
This intermediate course is for volunteer leaders at a real estate board or association. It is targeted to members who have served on a committee at the local board level and who have recently run for or have been selected as a director. It is designed to help participants develop strong committee skills, develop board etiquette and gain confidence in their leadership roles.
Leadership 300 - Enhancing Leadership Skills
2 CE Credits
* Prerequisite: Leadership 200
An advanced course for experienced volunteer leaders looking to join a board’s executive. Through group activities and case study analysis, the workshop develops decision making and conflict resolution skills along with the skills required to chair a meeting.
