registration?
No. To start your e-learning course, please proceed to your My Portfolio account and click on Course History
where the course you are currently enrolled in will be displayed. Access your course by clicking the
underlined hyperlink in the course description.

When can I begin the
course?
All courses begin the day you register (Monday - Friday, 8:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.). Students registering after
4:30 p.m., during weekends and statutory holidays, will be activated the next business day.

How long do I have access to the
course?
E-Learning students are permitted access to their course for a period of two years after the date of
registration (except RECO Update Residential and Commercial). After the course is completed and credits
are issued, you will be allowed access to the course, for non-credit reference purposes only, for the
remainder of the two year period.

Do I get a transcript for continuing
education courses?
No hardcopy certificates are printed for continuing education e-learning courses (except RECO Update
Residential and Commercial). Once you have completed the course, your MCE credit s will be automatically sent
to your My Portfolio account. You can view your MCE credits under the Course History tab in My
Portfolio.

How long do I have access to the RECO Update
course?
E-Learning Courses start on the day you register (unless otherwise requested). E-Learning students are
permitted access to their course for the duration (14 consecutive days includes weekends and holidays) only.
Courses start on the day you register (unless otherwise requested). Access privileges are not extended past
the 14 days.
Correspondence - Assignments must be successfully completed within 14 days and received by
the College on or before the submission deadline by fax, mail, courier or hand delivered.

What are the enrollment requirements
for registration to the RECO Update Course?
RECO Real Estate Update students may:
- Withdraw/transfer to and from classroom, correspondence and e-learning courses at no charge.
- Withdraw/transfer as often as they wish.
Provided that
- Students who wish to withdraw from a classroom or correspondence course and receive a full refund must do
so at least seven calendar days before the session start date.
- Students who wish to transfer to a later classroom or correspondence course may do so at least seven
calendar days before the start date of their existing course.
- Students who wish to withdraw or transfer from an e-learning course may do so within 48 hours of
activation.

Login in to your personal My Portfolio account and click on the Document Centre to obtain your official RECO
Update transcript.
