Course Description
If you are thinking of getting a new, all-in-one BlackBerry® device or already have one,
this course is for you! Focusing on key functions of the “Trackwheel” device to help you take full
advantage of the mobile functionality of the BlackBerry® handheld, this course provides
instructions and demonstrations specific to the “trackwheel” device interface.
Introduction to BlackBerry® was designed to provide you with a "hands on" program to get to know your BlackBerry® wireless handheld and will help you get the most out of your wireless device. We will cover the standard functions currently offered on all models in Canada, and review some of the newer devices and their unique features. This course will help you get to know your device better so you can become more efficient at using it to communicate with your clients and colleagues.
