Students will be provided with an understanding of the increasingly sophisticated demands of commercial real estate clients and investors, who demand complex calculations for investment comparisons and valuations. During the course, students are exposed to analytical methodology of comparing cash flows and returns in order to determine the present value of future benefits.

By registering in any OREA Real Estate College course, students are automatically deemed to have read and accepted all policies, rules, and regulations outlined in the College Program Standards.

Note:
If a student chooses to take an Articling segment course before completing all the required courses in the Pre-Registration Segment and attaining Salesperson Registration, the Real Estate Council of Ontario will not recognize the credit unless the student re-writes and passes the examination.
