What You Will Learn
This course was developed with the understanding that pricing is one of the most important determinants of a successful sale for both the owner and salesperson. The student will learn the key elements involved in valuing a property and communicating that value to a client. Such skills are not only essential to the actual pricing process, but also give a sales representative added tools to successfully list, market and sell a property. As well, the knowledge acquired in this course can help salespeople avoid overpricing and legal problems.
