Financial Considerations

You can pay for your education as you go; you pay for each course when you enrol.

As you think about whether to invest in this education, consider these things:

  • Your personal financial situation: What can you afford and over what period of time?
  • Your personal life: When is the best time for you to start? Do you have time to study and commit to the course schedule?
  • Your income needs: How much income will you need to generate annually?
  • Your career plan: Have you created a plan and worked out a budget?

A real estate career can be rewarding in many ways, both financially and personally. Make a sound decision – it’s an investment in YOU!
