New tutorials explain forms

hands typingIf you need help understanding and working with OREA Standard Forms, you can learn more from a new slate of tutorials.

The Ontario Real Estate Association (OREA) is creating 10 additional tutorials that will be available online to help you navigate the complexities of OREA’s Standard Forms. (Last year, two tutorials were created for the members, dealing with Form 801.)  

Each tutorial examines one particular form with helpful, step-by-step instructions on how to fill out the form. The tutorials will be just three to five minutes in length and have been designed to complement OREA’s newest Forms Explained documents -- helpful guides to enhance your knowledge of real estate forms. In the tutorials, slides address the purpose of each form and the various sections and clauses within it.

“These tutorials are hands-on tools that can help our members become more proficient with some of our most popular forms,” says Cassandra Agnew Walker, OREA senior manager, standard forms, who narrates the tutorials. “The great thing is that they can be watched any day, at any hour, after the launch date. They are short, succinct guides that members can watch whenever their schedules allow. The tutorials are in addition to the new webinars that are offered for our members.” (Learn more about the webinars here.)
