Venues announced for fall technology series

Locations have now been confirmed for technology and business strategy events for real estate professionals this fall.

You can keep up to date with emerging technology and market trends in real estate by coming to one or more events in a series offered across Ontario. The Ontario Real Estate Association (OREA) is reprising its popular tools and technology series called Emerge: Moving You Forward with the Tools for Tomorrow.

The dynamic, packed Emerge series will feature topics designed to strengthen your skills and knowledge of today’s key technology and business drivers. The focus of 2016 events is “unlocking your business potential with a client-centric strategy”. Industry experts and seasoned home buyers and sellers will be assembled for each event to share their insights on ways to attract and retain the right clients using cutting-edge tools and techniques.

For the first time, OREA will also be offering two Emerge events aimed at commercial REALTORS®. Commercial Emerge is especially designed for Realtors who want to hone their commercial real estate skills. It will feature discussion and tips to enhance your professional expertise in this segment of the market.

Dates and locations for Emerge events are as follows:

Thursday, September 22 – Delta Sault Ste. Marie Waterfront Hotel and Conference Centre, Sault Ste. Marie

Thursday, September 29 – Ramada Kingston Hotel and Conference Center, Kingston

Thursday, October 6 – Oakville Conference and Banquet Centre, Oakville

Thursday, October 27 – Georgian College Conference Centre, Barrie

Thursday, November 10 – Caesars Windsor, Windsor

Wednesday, November 30 -  Four Points by Sheraton, Niagara Falls.

Thursday, November 17 – Commercial Emerge, Centurion Conference and Event Center, Ottawa

Thursday, November 24 – Commercial Emerge, Toronto Real Estate Board, 1400 Don Mills Road, Toronto.

The cost per person for each event is $79 for OREA members and $109 for non-members. To check out a previous Emerge event, visit OREA’s YouTube channel and click on OREA Emerge.
