Standard Forms

Head of Standard Forms

Reporting to the Vice President - Operations, the Head of Standard Forms will lead the department in keeping OREA Standard Forms and Clauses up to date, ensuring effective communication and connection with our members and relevant stakeholders on related matters, including conducting webinars, meetings, and Member Outreach events across the province of Ontario. The successful applicant will work closely with a panel of Subject Matter Experts and provide continuous input to the Association to be pro-active in responses to members, the marketplace and legislation issues as they arise and pertain to OREA Standard Forms and Clauses.

Finance Manager

Finance Manager

We are looking for a hands-on, bright, and dynamic individual to join our Finance Team as a Finance Manager. Reporting to the Head of Finance, the Finance Manager will be responsible for the quarterly and annual close process, production of OREA’s financial statements, management discussion & analysis and ancillary reports that accompany the Finance and Audit Committee package. The Finance Manager will be heavily involved in OREA’s Accounts Receivable function and will take on a leading role in streamlining the reconciliation process, developing Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), and working with the IT Team to automate, where possible.
