Awards Criteria
What does it take to be a YPN Leadership Award recipient?

OREA Member
Candidates must be an OREA Member in good standing with their local real estate board/association, with the Ontario Real Estate Association, with the Canadian Real Estate Association, with the OREA Young Professionals Network, and with the Real Estate Council of Ontario.

Candidates must demonstrate their:
- Involvement in organized real estate
- Ongoing professional development
- Community or charity involvement

Other requirements:
- Candidates must be 40 years of age or under
- Candidates cannot be a sitting member of the OREA YPN Committee
