What is WEBForms?
WEBForms is an online database management system of real estate forms and contracts. The biggest advantage of WEBForms over commercial forms software is the ability to integrate membership and MLS data. When you log onto REALTORLink®, your name and office information are verified and automatically inserted into the WEBForms you choose to generate. WEBForms also retrieves property address and legal description data from MLS and inserts them saving valuable time and helping to avoid possible errors.

The addition of WEBKits to the WEBForms software means you can:

  • Pick and choose multiple contracts and forms to be in the same "WEBKit", i.e. Contract of Purchase and Sale and Addenda Schedule
  • Save your kits with long descriptive names, i.e. "John and Sally Buyers".
  • Use the "Save As" feature to make copies of kits with the information that you had previously typed in, i.e. "John and Sally Buyers with subjects removed".
  • Create a template of blank forms for easy creation of kits.
  • Type data in one form and it flows logically and automatically between forms in the kit (RED outlined fields flow, BLUE outlined fields do not) i.e. Owner Name and Address flow between contracts but Remarks do not.
  • Any or all forms in a kit can be emailed as READ-ONLY, i.e. the receiver of the emailed link can print the contracts for signing but cannot make changes.

WEBForms Home Page
The WEBForms Home page (which is similar to the old Saved WEBForms page) is now the first page you see when you click myWEBForms and has most of the functionality in one central place. Other changes and improvements to WEBForms include:

  • A new Navigation Bar at the top of the window which gives you ready access to Tools like a mortgage calculator, the latest WEBForms, News, and the User's Guide.
  • Click on the Down Arrow of a previously made kit and go directly to a form in the kit, or click on the name, address or MLS® #, etc to go to the first form in the kit.
  • Click on the Manage button to add or remove forms in the kit or change MLS® #'s.
  • Click on the Save As button to make a copy of the kit with the information intact and give it a new name.
  • Pick and choose which forms to email and have the option to email as READ-ONLY or editable information on the forms.
  • Sort the list of WEBKits by just clicking on the heading, i.e. MLS®#. Click again and it sorts the other way (Ascending/Descending).
  • Previous Saved forms are not lost and can be identified by the Form name.
