WEBForms™ V4 now available

WEBForms™ officially released Version 4 to REALTORS® across Canada at the end of March. Prior to the release, the upgrade was put through three months of beta testing with over 80 REALTORS® and staff.

WEBForms™ officially released Version 4 to REALTORS® across Canada at the end of March. Prior to the release, the upgrade was put through three months of beta testing with over 80 REALTORS® and staff. As well, over 2,000 REALTORS® accessed a one-month demo period across Canada to work out all the bugs.
 
WEBForms™ is a valuable tool that provides REALTORS® with the most up-to-date real estate forms, contracts and clauses from their office, local board, and/or provincial associations. Using the secure WEBForms™ server, members can access, print, e-mail and save real estate forms and contracts quickly and easily, producing a readable professional looking document ready for signing.
 
New features included in the V4 upgrade you to:

  • Optimize interface to complete repetitive and predictable tasks quicker with fewer mouse clicks and scrolling.
  • Save forms with data on your local disk drive.
  • Print one or more forms in a Transaction Kit directly from the homepage from one large PDF.
  • Save a client E-mail address with the Transaction Kit, eliminating the need to manually enter the address each time a Transaction Kit is E-mailed.
  • Easily and quickly insert the text of standard clauses into your custom clauses, without having to copy and paste.
  • Get help from a Wizard style of interaction to guide users through tasks.

Form Features:

  • E-mail within a form.
  • Calendar pickers available on forms to more efficiently choose appropriate dates.
  • A Save in place button on forms to minimize the possibility of data loss and to increase peace of mind.
  • Fewer clicks to Save and Go to another form in a Transaction Kit, decreasing user effort required for this frequent action.

Helpdesk Features:

  • Eliminate use of popup windows.
  • No added software or downloads required.

WEBForms™ can be accessed from the REALTORLink® Intranet at www.realtorlink.ca. The only requirements are an Internet connection with an Internet browser and the free Adobe Reader from www.adobe.com. WEBForms™ is integrated with the MLS® property, membership and office information and automatically pre-fills contracts with the member’s name, office and specific property information. Information inserted into one form is automatically shared between any other documents in the Transaction Kit, thus reducing typing time and avoiding possible errors.
