Cash flow problems are often the reasons new real estate ventures falter.

Cash flow problems are often the reasons new real estate ventures falter. OREA now offers a new course that will show REALTORS® and brokers how to organize their business records simply and effectively to save time and money. The course, Bookkeeping and Record Keeping for the Real Estate Professional, is taught in three modules focusing on organization and approach, taxes, and business planning, and will teach real estate professionals how to calculate what percentage of each dollar earned is spent on expenses and taxes, and how much is left over to pay yourself.

This classroom course is delivered through local real estate boards. For more information about this three-hour, three-credit course, please check the course calendar.
