According to CREA, resale home transactions in Canada hit a fourth straight monthly record in July, with the average price rising to $332,442, a 13.1 per cent increase over July 2006.

According to CREA, resale home transactions in Canada hit a fourth straight monthly record in July, with the average price rising to $332,442, a 13.1 per cent increase over July 2006. Sales are expected to reach the highest level on record at 514,450 units for the year – a 6.5-per-cent increase over last year.
