Looking for forms? Need a form?  Thanks to Internet technology REALTORS can access a variety of real estate related forms with a few clicks of a mouse.  But where do you find the form you’re looking for?

Here's a rundown of some of the forms available on the REALTORLink, RECO and OREA websites:

REALTORLink

WEBForms is an online real estate forms database service that allows REALTORS to access secure confidential forms and data from any computer, 24 hours a day, seven days a week.  WEBForms accesses membership and MLS data and automatically inserts key information within online forms and contracts as they are generated.  REALTORS can fill out and edit forms online, and choose provincial association clauses and phrases from a directory to add to forms.  They can also view, print, save, and email links to forms for others to access.

You'll find WEBForms only on REALTORLink at www.realtorlink.ca.  You’ll need the same REALTOR ID (username) and password you use to access your board MLS system.  If you don't have your REALTOR ID and password, contact your board.

RECO

The Real Estate Council of Ontario has forms for everything from license registration renewals, to E&O insurance applications to continuing education credit request forms.  Visit www.reco.on.ca and click on the “Forms” tab to access these forms.  Click on the title of the form you want to open it up and then print it off.

OREA

Over 100 OREA standard forms are available to download and print off from your computer.  Simply log on to the “My OREA” section of the OREA website at www.orea.com.  Here’s how: Under the “My OREA login” tab select your board from the drop down menu, enter your REALTOR ID and password (this is the same REALTOR ID and password you use to log onto your board’s MLS system).  Next, click on Standard Forms, scroll to the form you want and click on the title.  The form is now ready to print.

Software required

Forms on the OREA, RECO and REALTORLink websites require Adobe Acrobat Reader software to be installed on your computer.  If you don’t already have Acrobat Reader, all three websites offer the option to download the software free of charge.  Simply click on the button that says, “Get Acrobat Reader” and follow the instructions.
