Podcasts on leadership available to OREA membersYou can gain valuable insights into leadership in just five minutes.

Podcasts featuring a variety of renowned speakers and authors are now available in short segments via the Ontario Real Estate Association website and produced by the OREA Centre for Leadership Development. 

Topics range from succession planning to governance to conflict resolution, and new podcasts are posted each month. Most run four to five minutes in length, and cover a host of issues you may be interested in exploring as part of your educational and professional development on leadership.

You can sign up to receive a free new podcast every month. Current podcasts have been recorded by: Canadian Olympic skating medalist Elizabeth Manley; performance coach Sunjay Nath; and social media expert Tod Maffin, among others.

Many of these individuals command large audiences when they give public speeches, and several have been guests at the OREA annual leadership conference or other events. These recordings are condensed versions of their talks.
