Healthy condo air focus of new course

The indoor air quality of a condominium building is a result of the interaction between the location, temperature, the heating, ventilation and air conditioning systems, pollution sources, construction techniques, building maintenance and occupant activities.

Finding and maintaining a healthy condominium can be a challenge. OREA’s new classroom course, The Healthy Condominium, will help define what a healthy condominium is and will address concerns and remedies for indoor air quality.
