  • Take breaks. It’s a critical way of detaching from stress and recharging your body. Even 10 to 15 minutes of relaxation can allow you to regain some energy;

  • Have control over how you use your breaks. You won’t be as tired if you aren’t feeling forced to do something specific during your breaks; and

  • Learn to leave work behind at the end of the day.
