OREA offers new service to members

Feeling like a valued customer or client is important in any service relationship. To improve board service and your customer experience, OREA Real Estate College now offers the Customer Service Excellence course, designed specifically for real estate board staff who are responsible for providing excellent client service. Effective communication is a critical component of a member’s experience with their board; boards will learn an easy step-by-step process of delivering an excellent customer response experience.
 
This two-hour course has been successfully received by a number of boards including London, Oakville and Ottawa. The program is being entirely sponsored by OREA College, providing the materials and instructor. Boards need only provide the venue. Boards interested in the course can contact jill@orea.com.
