The Ontario Real Estate Association joined thousands of companies around the world to participate in National Customer Service Week. The event is aimed at serving and supporting customers with a high level of care and professionalism. OREA’s goal was to recognize and reaffirm the importance of customer service by showing appreciation to students, members and customers during the week. That means putting customers first, displaying a can-do attitude, keeping it simple, being a team player and making sure that the highest standards of quality are being met – something that you as a REALTOR® aim to demonstrate every day. The association strives to achieve excellent customer service by delivering products and services that are important to you. Some of those include: promoting the value of using a REALTOR® to buy or sell a house; giving you a strong voice at Queen’s Park; bringing you updates on industry and market news; and providing practical tools such as forms and clauses to help you in your day-to-day business.
