User-friendly upgrade for WEBForms®

Ontario real estate salespeople and brokers who use WEBForms® should watch for upgrades to this product in the new year.

Ontario real estate salespeople and brokers who use WEBForms® should watch for upgrades to this product in the new year.

WEBForms®, a product that facilitates the use of online forms for real estate purposes, is getting an upgrade, with release scheduled for the first week of January.

All current Ontario forms (provincial, board, and/or office level) that are now in WEBForms® are being converted to HTML5, which will enable you to open all WEBForms® documents directly in your browser (no additional software such as Adobe Acrobat required). This will make it quicker and easier to load and use forms on your computer and on your mobile devices.

After the conversion, you will be able to create transaction kits, edit forms, templates and clauses using any HTML5-compatible browser, including Internet Explorer, Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox and Apple Safari.

It is important for REALTORS® not to remove or delete their current installation of Adobe Reader/Acrobat until such time as forms for their province have been fully converted and until retrieval of any older forms and transaction kits requiring Adobe Reader are no longer needed.
